Ben earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida where he assisted with research focused on nutritional strategies for physique enhancement under the guidance of renowned researcher Dr. Bill Campbell. He understands the challenges and rewards of working hard in the gym, and more importantly, out of the gym making wise dietary choices.
As someone who believes in the importance of ‘practicing what he preaches’, Ben has competed in powerlifting in the USAPL federation, and has also dieted to very low bodyfat percentage levels for photoshoots. Ben believes that consistent exercise and proper nutrition are key to achieve an optimized lifestyle in terms of physical fitness and body composition, which can be accomplished at any age or experience level. He loves the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, guiding them to their ultimate exercise goals, whether seemingly ‘big’ or ‘small’.
He is certified through the National Academy of Metabolic Science as a Tier I & II nutrition consultant and physique transformation coach as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer.
