Personal training at Exercise Prescription is uniquely designed for your individual needs, and are prescribed following your initial assessment. This is not a one size fits all fitness prescription, because we are all very different in reference to body structure and goals. All personal trainers employed are required to maintain current a National Training Certification (NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM), and CPR/ 1St Aide Certification.
Johnathan is a graduate of USF's Exercise Science Master's program, and is nationally certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS). Through his training and experience he has been able to meet and exceed his clients fitness/ performance goals, with his structured and accountable training prescriptions. Johnathan also enjoys working with individuals during the recovery/ strengthening process following or preventing injury.
When not at the gym he enjoys, spending time with his wife, Boston, and cat.
Adam, a former college basketball player with a B.S in Exercise Science, has played sports all his life. When he had to step away from basketball to focus on education, it changed the trajectory of his life. Adam took up Powerlifting as a passion to combine his love for sports and knowledge of the human body. He fell in love with pushing his limits, both mentally and physically; maximizing his potential. His love for training/coaching brought him to USF where he is currently studying for his Masters in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. His experience has allowed him to better understand the nutrition and training needs for all types of individual goals: fat loss, muscle gain, sport-specific training.
Reggie is a nationally certified trainer with 25+ years of experience.
Teri is a nationally certified Zumba, and Zumba Gold instructor. In obtaining both certifications participants can be confident that routines will be scaled to meet their individual needs.
Leigh has multiple personal training and group training certifications. She is an out of the box trainer that consistently challenges her clients with varied programs and high energy.
