    • 9:30 am Functional 1 hour

  • Wednesday

    • 6:00 pm Strength 1 hour

  • Thursday

    • 9:30 am Functional 1 hour

  • Saturday

    • 9:00 am Bootcamp 1 hour

    • 10:00 am Zumba 1 Hour (1st and 3rd Saturday)

Unlimited Class Month to Month Group Exercise + Membership

$75 (3 Month Pass = $225)

1 Hour Classes = 5 for $40

Strength, Speed, and Conditioning for Sport

Structured training program designed for serious athletes looking to elevate performance in sport, and athletic testing. 

Group sessions provides guidance in resistance training, agility, and sport specific training protocols. Program is guided by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (highest level of national certification) Johnathan Fuentes.

Protein shake provided at conclusion of each session.
